Management restructure for HF Mixing Group

LinkedIn +

Rubber mixing specialist HF Mixing Group has announced a shake-up of its management structure with CEO Mark Meulbroek now supported by Ian Wilson as co-CEO, with the latter focusing on external strategic aspects of the company’s operations. In his new role Wilson will concentrate on the areas of sales, aftersales, R&D and engineering.

The group’s sales operation will remain centralized and be led by Peter Scholz as head of group Sales, the position formerly occupied by Wilson.

Furthermore, the group is to form four strategic business units with clearly defined product lines, a lean management structure and a comprehensive global services organization. The four SBUs and production sites are grouped as follows: batch mixing, systems automation, downstream and continuous mixing.

The company hopes that with a more efficient interface between each of the SBUs, it will be able to respond much faster to both changes in customer and market needs, providing advanced technology solutions for polymer compounding applications.
