An integrated tire and fleet management solution called Fleetcare has been launched by Bridgestone to help improve business for fleets and fleet managers.

Fleetcare is an evolution of the company’s Total Tyre Care and consists of Bridgestone’s tire range and several tire management solutions with fleet management solutions from Webfleet.

By utilizing Fleetcare, fleet owners can reduce total cost of ownership by increasing efficiency, convenience and sustainability, in addition to creating new social and customer value. Other benefits include regulatory compliance, increased sustainability and vehicle safety and security.

The tire management solution provides benefits through Internet of Things (IoT) and can provide integrated and connected data and reports to fleet managers to enable better decision making. With a combination of both tire and vehicle data, the tire manufacturer’s solution will deliver more predictive maintenance solutions and optimize tire and vehicle performance.

“Cost-efficiency, convenience and sustainability are the three big priorities for fleets right now,” explained Mark Tejedor, vice president commercial replacement and OE at Bridgestone EMIA. “When utilizing many service providers, it is always a challenge to get the maximum effect on each of those priorities. We understand this is a key pain point for fleet owners and operators, which is why we’ve evolved Total Tyre Care into Fleetcare, an integrated solution for all tire and fleet management needs.

“Through the launch of Fleetcare, we’re providing a unique and modular solution that addresses so many key business needs, from cost to compliance, from safety to sustainability. Fleetcare will help fast forward the businesses of our fleet customers thanks to the synergies between our proven fleet management and tire management solutions.”
